Trudy is an experienced OD Consultant and Executive Coach with nearly twenty-five years experience working in a range of International Organisations. Her background is in Human Resources, specialising in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Executive Development.
As Head of Talent Management at O2 Trudy co-created a programme designed to provide deep insights into Employee Engagement for the Top 100 Executives. She also developed Talent Management Processes to ensure that top talent were fully engaged and retained in the business. As an OD Director at American Express she conducted an in-depth analysis of employee engagement and motivation within the Technologies organisation.
Trudy has a Masters Degree in Organisation Consulting and coaching certificate accredited by the International Coach Federation. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
