
Rob has over 20 years practical experience as a leadership and organisation development consultant prior to which he held a number of senior management positions within sales and marketing. Rob recognises the critical balance between creating a vision and then implementing it. He combines commercial acumen with a business focused “can do” entrepreneurial attitude and a highly facilitative personal style.
Rob is skilled in designing and delivering highly innovative transformational leadership and team development interventions helping to build leadership capability, increase employee employee engagement and drive organisational performance especially at the behavioural level. He has worked with senior executive team teams, project teams and intact work-based team as well as providing executive coaching to senior leaders.
Rob has undertaken a range of project globally working in counties such as; Singapore, China, USA, Australia, Thailand, Brazil, across Europe, with organizations such as American Express, Citigroup, Philips, Unilever, Guinness and Virgin Media.
