John is a chartered clinical psychologist who has worked with senior managers and executives in a wide range of organisations both internationally and in the UK.

He worked for Kiddy and Company and Kaisen consulting following an earlier career in the NHS and has been in independent practice for the last 13 years. He currently manages consulting and coaching assignments in several ‘blue chip’ companies.

John believes that he is most valued by his clients for his judgment around people issues, for helping individuals to understand and respond effectively to ‘difficult’ feedback; and in drawing upon sound research findings to underpin the practical action planning with his clients.

Key areas of interest and focus include; building strong management teams, leadership development, managing change effectively and enhancing personal impact.

He has extensive experience of working with several professional sporting organisations and draws upon lessons learned about maximising performance in this arena when consulting in business life.
