Jacky is an experienced consultant with breadth and depth in Human Resource Strategy & Management, Business Change, Organisation Development, Learning, Communications, Leadership Coaching and Staff Transitions. She has over 20 experience working in this area, including 13 years with PwC/IBM working HR and Change assignments for the BBC, Unilever, Philips, Agip, Sainsburys and the MoD.
Jacky has held a number of HR roles with Smith Kline Beecham, Tesco, PwC and latterly Whitbread where she was HR Director until March 2006.
Since becoming a consultant, Jacky has worked with various clients including Rolls-Royce, Treasury, TfL, Whitbread, David Lloyd Leisure, Cabinet Office and Philip Morris International. She has devised and implemented HR/OD strategies for a number of major businesses including culture change for 2 Whitbread brands, managing post acquisition integration activity and the lead HR role on a major outsourcing contract between the BBC and EDS/PwC.
A skilled trainer and coach, who specialises in leadership & consulting skills and HRBP development, Jacky has a high degree of commitment to her own personal development. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, has a 1st class degree in Business and a Masters in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge; she is a qualified coach (AEC) and trained in use of various psychometric instruments (SHL OPQ and Myers Briggs MBTI).
