Anni Townend

The focus of Anni's work is on facilitating individuals, teams and organisations to become more effective in their work performance and to enjoy their working relationships. She facilitates people in developing greater self-awareness, in particular of their values and beliefs and the impact these have on the choices that they make. Anni is experienced and skilled in coaching and counselling individuals, facilitating groups and coaching teams.


Anni's experience includes developing, designing and delivering a range of interventions for and with client organisations including providing a Corporate OmbudsService for a leading investment bank for two years. For many years she worked as an Associate of Henley Management College and as a Senior Associate of Cambridge Management Centres, she is a founder member of Eve-olution. Anni works independently with a wide range of client organisations and with individuals.


Professional development and qualifications


BA Honours degree in Communication Studies; MA in Management Learning; Diploma in Humanistic Psychology. Certificates in: Group Analysis; Life Histories; Solution Focused Brief Therapy; Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic Psychotherapy; Certificate Level 1 Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Accredited Mediator, Regent’s College, London. Currently training to be a Hoffman Process teacher.


Anni is a qualified and experienced user of a range of psychometric questionnaires and regularly use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behaviour (FIRO-B). She also regularly use 360-degree feedback with individuals and groups.
