Anna brings a wealth of experience to Ixia, in both a consulting and operational management capacity. With more than 10 years in the human resources industry, Anna launched Ixia with co-founder and director Wendy Mitchinson in response to the needs of organisations to address critical business and engagement issues in today’s challenging economic environment.
Prior to forming Ixia, Anna was co-founder, board member and Director of generalist human resources firm, The Rialto Consultancy Ltd. During her tenure at Rialto, she demonstrated her success through her strong leadership and consulting abilities with her highly effective solution-oriented approach. Within this role, she also greatly influenced the organisation's growth from nothing to a multi-million pound consultancy in just under four years.
Anna is also the pioneer and co-creator of Ixia’s diagnostic tool ixia-i3, a highly effective analytical platform to measure employee engagement based on solid research, rich technology and focused solutions.
Anna holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management from Oxford Brookes University and is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She is based in the United Kingdom and has worked abroad in Washington D.C.
